      United Kingdom of Great Britiain and Northern Ireland is situated on the Great Britain. There are a lot of rivers in Great Britain, but they aren`t very long. The Severn is the longest river. Ben Nevis is the highest mountain. The United Kingdom is one of the world`s smallest countries.

Charles Dickens

Charles Dickens was born on the seventh of February 1812 in a small English town. The little boy was very capable. When Charles was nine years old, the family moved to London where they lived in a very old house. In a few years, he became a newspaper reporter. In 1836 Dickens published his first book.
